The luxurious holiday residence, La Casa Piccola, is a two-storey building of 46 sq.m. that was destroyed during the bombings of the World War II and was completely renovated in 2016 with respect to the architecture and character of the old city of Chania. Outside, its main feature is the colorful plaster, covering the entire exterior and the sunny balcony, from which one can enjoy the view of the picturesque streets of the neighborhood. Inside the building, the extensive wood use gives a sense of warmth and luxury.
On the ground floor there is a living room and kitchen. There is a comfortable sofa that converts to a double bed (145 × 200). The kitchen is fully equipped with all the electrical facilities and includes a four-seat table. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140 × 200) in size and a bathroom, with vertical surfaces covered with glass and marble, with a shower. Independent air-conditioning units are installed on each floor.

The La Casa Piccola holiday residence is open all year round and can accommodate up to four people.
